About 3 & Done
3 & Done is a task system built around one daily email. You add everything on your mind whenever it comes up, by typing or speaking, and each morning it picks the three tasks that matter most that day and sends them to your inbox with a short reason for each choice. Everything else stays stored, grouped into projects and brought back when it becomes relevant, and you can set the day yourself if you disagree with the picks. The makers say lists stay private, are not used to train AI models and are not opened by support without your permission. A short demo runs without signing up. After a 14-day free trial it costs $9.99 a month or $99 a year. It is made by Plezentek, Inc. in Rockville, Maryland.
