DocCharm keeps a customer help center in step with the product. After a one-time install that connects it to where your product is built, it watches the changes your team ships, works out which ones customers will notice, and drafts new, updated or retired help articles. Each draft waits in a review queue with a note on why it was written, and nothing is published until someone approves it. You can host the help center on your own domain or have DocCharm write into an existing Zendesk or Mintlify setup. It also has a manual editor, version history and per-article visibility. Starter is GBP 100 a month and Company GBP 400 a month, with a custom tier for larger teams; you can start without a card.
