About Opencom
Opencom is an open-source customer messaging system meant as an alternative to Intercom. It includes a chat widget for your site, a shared inbox for your team, support tickets, in-app product tours, an AI agent trained on your documentation that answers common questions and escalates the rest, and outbound campaigns that send emails and in-app messages based on user behavior. It is licensed under AGPLv3. You can self-host all of it, self-host only the backend and use the project's hosted frontends for free, or use a fully hosted version. The project is labeled alpha and the site says it is currently free to use.
