Scone Money, launched on Hacker News as Stoke Money, projects your bank balance forward day by day. It finds paychecks, rent, bills and other recurring items in your transaction history and shows the future balance, including the lowest point before the next payday. Card spending is projected onto each card's balance and only moves your cash when the bill is paid, and plans let you see how a new monthly cost or a large purchase would change the forecast without touching your real accounts. The Free plan covers the forecast, categories, tags and rules with hand-entered accounts. Plus adds live bank sync through Plaid ($60 a year), and Pro ($96 a year) also lets Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP assistant read the forecast and draft plans. Both paid plans start with a 30-day free trial.
