About Lettertrace
Lettertrace measures how often AI assistants mention your company when people ask questions in your category. You set up a brand and a few topics, it expands each topic into many natural prompts, and on a daily or weekly schedule it asks Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Each run records whether you were mentioned, where you appeared in the answer, the sentiment, and your share of voice against the competitors you choose, building a trend line over time. The project is MIT licensed and uses your own Anthropic, OpenAI and Google API keys, with results stored in your own Supabase project, so there is no usage markup. It can be self-hosted from GitHub or driven from a CLI, and the site describes it as free end to end.
