Scissor is a graphics editor that runs in the browser and handles both vector and raster work. It offers pen, curvature, pencil and shape tools with editable Bezier paths, plus type set on a point, inside an area or along a path, with OpenType features. Raster images can be traced into editable vectors, pixel layers support painting, and live non-destructive effects include shadows, glows, blur, distortion, warping and 3D. It opens and exports common design file formats and can be installed as a progressive web app for offline use. It is free to use, with no account, sign-up or subscription required.
