About so very bright
so very bright is a free web tool that turns a logo into an HDR image. You upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP, choose which colors should glow, and download a JPEG carrying an ISO 21496-1 gain map. On HDR displays in software that honors gain maps, the chosen parts show up to 7.5 times brighter than plain white, while everywhere else the file behaves as a normal JPEG. A second export writes the pixels in BT.2100 PQ with a matching color profile for LinkedIn, which keeps that format. The page includes before-and-after examples, notes on which designs work well (light elements on dark backgrounds) and the format's limits. It needs no account and the site says uploads are not stored.
