this+that connects to a team's email and chat (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat) and reads what comes in. Facts it finds are proposed as updates to a shared company knowledge base called the Brain, requests become assigned tasks in a list called DoBox, and workflows draft follow-up work such as quotes or replies for a person to approve before anything is sent. It also builds a shared contact book from those channels and offers an assistant and MCP servers. It is aimed at founders, operations, sales and customer success teams. There is a 30-day free trial with 3,000 credits; after that it costs $35 per user per month, or $29 billed annually, with Enterprise plans from $125 per user.
