DeepSQL is a self-hosted database agent for teams running Postgres or MySQL. It indexes your schemas, workloads and optionally application code, then monitors the database around the clock, flags slow queries and suggests rewrites, index and materialized view changes, and finds unused indexes and bloat. Team members can ask questions in plain language and get SQL answers, dashboards and scheduled reports. You use it through a web UI, a CLI, Slack or an MCP server for Claude, Codex and Cursor. It runs inside your own VPC with your own LLM keys and read-only, policy-based access, and the team says setup takes about 15 minutes. Every feature is open source and free; the company charges only for consulting.
